- Define client goals and project scope effectively
- Estimate work effort and resource needs for solutions
- Partner with clients to design Oracle Cloud prototypes
- Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions
- Address project risks and coach team members for quality
- Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in relevant fields
- 6+ years in Oracle EPM solutions implementation
- Proficient in financials, workforce, and capital project modules
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM integration
- Strong project management understanding and client engagement
