Vice President, Company Secretarial & Governance

The Maples Group in Montreal is seeking an accomplished Assistant Vice President to lead our Company Secretarial team within the financial services practice. You will oversee board meeting processes, ensure governance standards, and deliver high-quality minutes and corporate actions for multiple clients.
Ideal candidates hold a law degree and/or Chartered Secretary qualification, with at least five years in corporate secretarial roles.
