Call Centre Representatives
Part-time
We are currently hiring multiple part-time Call Centre Representatives to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible hours while gaining valuable customer service experience in a supportive remote environment.
What You'll DoHandle incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Update customer records and document interactions.
Escalate issues when necessary to ensure proper resolution.
Deliver a positive customer experience on every call.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to work independently and stay organised.
Previous call centre or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
Part-time remote position.
