Responsibilities
• Manage and assist in maintaining a portfolio of client accounts within the Finance & Accounting sector.
• Work directly with clients to establish structured arrangements for the purchase of Accounts Receivable.
• Monitor and collect outstanding balances in a highly professional, tactful, and respectful manner.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders within their organizations.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding account status, updates, and ongoing collection activities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

• Proven track record of managing professional collections or client account portfolios is preferred.
