Senior Manager for Insurance Sales Teams

Lead and innovate at Scotiabank as a Senior Manager overseeing Insurance Sales teams. Drive performance and enhance service quality through strategic leadership in a high-performing culture. As Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding a team of ISAs, SISAs, and AISAs, focusing on performance improvement and operational excellence. You will need a strong foundation of at least 5 years in insurance or wealth management, as you collaborate with Regional Directors to deliver support and achieve targets. Your role encompasses strategic initiative design and team development. Key Responsibilities:

Lead regional Insurance Sales professionals to achieve excellence
Oversee workforce planning and staffing requirements
Collaborate with teams to enhance service capabilities
Identify process improvements for sales administration
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and coaching

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance or finance
At least 3 years of experience in people management
Valid Insurance License is required
University degree or relevant equivalent
Deep understanding of industry dynamics and trends
