Indigenous Communities Talent Acquisition Specialist Remote
Castlemain
Castlemain is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead strategic sourcing within Indigenous communities and post-secondary institutions across Canada. You will build relationships with community leaders, Elders, and employment and training programs to create sustainable recruitment pipelines.
You bring 2–4 years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or community engagement, plus a post-secondary credential in HR or related fields.
