Data Governance Lead at Morgan Stanley

Elevate data integrity as the Data Governance & Quality Lead at Morgan Stanley in Montreal. Lead a top team managing HR data governance and quality practices essential for reliable analytics. In this Vice-President level position, you will be at the forefront of HR Data & Intelligence, ensuring HR data is transparent and fit for AI-enabled use. You will oversee four professionals in governance and manage the enterprise HR data catalog and metadata standards. Your role additionally includes monitoring data quality and improving data lineage documentation for critical HR domains. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of HR Data Governance professionals
- Manage the enterprise HR data catalog and business glossary
- Establish end-to-end data lineage documentation
- Drive data quality initiatives with Workday and Beqom
- Implement and improve the HR Data Quality framework
- Minimum 6 years in data governance or quality management
- Experience leading teams and frameworks in complex environments
- Knowledge of data quality management concepts
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Understanding of HR data structures and processes
