Become a vital part of Top Aces as a Senior Legal Counsel, specializing in corporate law and compliance. Your role will involve drafting and negotiating essential contracts while ensuring legal adherence across international teams. We seek a legal expert with a law degree (LLB) and over 7 years of experience, preferably in an international corporate setting. This role will see you support business and HR teams with contract preparation, compliance initiatives, and liaising with external counsel. Your work will be critical in maintaining the organization’s legal standards and meeting regulatory obligations, such as those specified by the GDPR and Quebec laws.
