You'll leverage your connections and our expertise and resources to develop a profitable portfolio and provide clients with exceptional insurance access and counsel.## What you'll doDevelop and grow a portfolio of business focusing on profitable growth and professional standards.Identify and cultivate new business prospects and opportunities.Provide expert advice and present tailored insurance solutions to clients.Implement sales strategies and engage with potential clients through various channels.Build and maintain your brand with our extensive marketing support.## What we're looking forRIBO licensed professionals with a minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience.Individuals with excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.Team players who value collaboration and can effectively work with colleagues and insurers.Motivated self-starters with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.## Nice to haveCAIB, post-secondary education, or other industry-related designations are advantageous.
