Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Controller to join our leadership team in Gainesville, GA. This is a key role in a rapidly growing organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance, including:
- Monthly close and consolidated financial reporting
- Cash management and treasury functions
- Oversight and development of accounting staff
- Annual audit coordination
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Compliance and internal controls
The ideal candidate will have experience managing finance for multiple divisions/entities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility
Candidate must be willing and able to work on-site in Gainesville, GA.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Must have prior experience in the waste industry
- Experience in an industrial environment (manufacturing, transportation/logistics, or route-based services) is highly desirable
- Private equity experience is highly desirable
- BS in Accounting required; CPA or CMA required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems
