Tree Nursery Outside Sales Representative

Summary

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Islington Nurseries Ltd. This role is vital for expanding our customer base and promoting our diverse range of landscaping products across Toronto and surrounding areas. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the landscaping industry.
• Conduct outside wholesale sales activities to generate new business
• Identify potential customers and develop relationships to promote sales
• Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to reach sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, or an existing client base in the Landscaping industry, preferably in outside sales or account management
• Strong knowledge of trees, shrubs and perennials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Must have own vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

• Commission pay

• Tree Wholesale : 5 years (preferred)

• G License (required)
