Licensed Trader with Compliance Focus

Become a Licensed Trader with IntelligentInvesting Securities Inc. in a role emphasizing compliance and client service. Support trading operations while engaging with members effectively. Based in Montreal, this position involves working alongside the Chief Compliance Officer to process trades accurately for clients across Canada. You will manage orders, verify identity, and deliver high levels of service while ensuring adherence to regulations. If you are enthusiastic about fintech, this role may be the perfect fit. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and execute client orders for various investment products
- Verify client information and trade details
- Provide timely assistance via phone, email, and chat
- Confirm identity before executing member instructions
- Maintain accurate trade records and perform daily reconciliations
- Customer service experience in Banking or Investments
- Required completion of CSC and CPH
- Must speak both English and French
- Strong focus on detail and ability to multitask
- Fulfillment of CIRO training while with a Dealer Member
