Client Partner: Remote Agency Growth & Retention
Blacksmith Agency LLC
Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services to marketing-led brands. As Client Partner you own an established book of recurring agency clients, working with our sales team to win new clients and grow existing relationships.
You will retain clients, drive renewals, upsell projects, and coordinate with strategists and the delivery team to ensure a single, clear voice for every client interaction.
