Alterna VP, Commercial Financial Services Role
Alterna
Lead strategic initiatives as VP of Commercial Financial Services at Alterna Savings in Ontario. Focus on driving revenue through exceptional sales leadership and member engagement.
Reporting directly to the Chief Lending Officer, you will collaborate with the VP of Commercial Credit and Portfolio Management. This leadership role involves expanding commercial markets and fostering a hospitality-first service culture. Your impact will be evaluated based on growth metrics, portfolio performance, and retention efforts while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for commercial sales strategies
• Formulate financial performance-focused Annual Operating Plan
• Develop new products to enhance market presence
• Strengthen referral networks to elevate reputation
• Model standards for service excellence and relationship management
Requirements:
• 10+ years’ experience in financial leadership roles
• Background in commercial lending and credit approval
• Mastery of relationship-based selling strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree in relevant disciplines preferred
