Geriatric Rehab RN: Dementia Care Leader - Part-Time

University Health Network (UHN) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Long Term Ventilation 4D unit at West Park Healthcare Centre to promote health and provide comprehensive nursing care for older adults with dementia.
