MacDonald Search Group recrute un Account Manager pour une organisation reconnue dans le secteur des produits alimentaires. Ce rôle est idéal pour un professionnel de la vente B2B qui souhaite développer des comptes, bâtir des relations solides avec les clients et contribuer directement à la croissance d’un territoire.
Cette position est basée à Laval et couvre le territoire de la Rive-Nord.

Responsabilités :
- Développer et gérer un portefeuille de comptes dans le secteur du Foodservice
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires auprès de restaurants, distributeurs et comptes institutionnels
- Effectuer des rencontres régulières avec les clients et présenter les produits et solutions adaptés à leurs besoins
- Développer les ventes et maximiser la présence des différentes marques auprès des comptes assignés
- Participer aux salons commerciaux, événements de l’industrie et activités auprès des distributeurs
- Assurer le suivi des opportunités, activités de vente et comptes clients dans le CRM
- Planifier les activités du territoire et assurer une couverture efficace des comptes
- Suivre les résultats de ventes et mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs
Profil recherché :
- 3+ ans d’expérience en vente B2B, gestion de comptes ou développement des affaires
- Expérience dans le secteur du Foodservice, de l’alimentation ou de la distribution (atout important)
- Compréhension du réseau de distribution Foodservice et de ses principaux intervenants
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, négociation et présentation
- Forte orientation vers les résultats et capacité à développer de nouvelles affaires
- Autonomie, initiative et excellente capacité d’organisation
- Bilingue français/anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers sur le territoire
