Manager-Social Media

We’re seeking a dynamic, administrator, strategic thinker and achiever to head up our Marketing efforts and become an integral part of our brokerage by strengthening its business operations, online presence, facilitating agents by creating individualistic marketing plans and leveraging full brand potential and creating high visibility in the market- online and offline.

In this newly created role, you will report to the Broker of Record and Director of Operations and work closely with admin, marketing and back up staff.

What you’ll do

• Partner with the leadership team to garner new talent/ real estate agents to the brokerage and execute key marketing and admin programs individually for the real estate agents and the brokerage.
• Raise brand awareness, while attracting agents, driving engagement, training and loyalty……..even retaining.
• Hire, coach and develop marketing strategy for the team of upcoming real estate agents, who need marketing guidance to manage their business successfully.
• Lead our PR efforts to create a leading industry brand
• Manage / Lead / Plan annual performance awards driving full mileage and market leash.
• Manage and Guide outsourced online marketing and IT team for continuous changes on the website, Facebook and Instagram.
• Give insight and plan aggressive and impressive advertisements in terms of banners, bus wrap ups, hoardings and posters.
• Laying down business process and audit checks in compliance with local guidelines and management expectations. Maintain overall Quality check on the deliverables.
• Plan/Execute weekly training programmes covering various aspects of the business.

Who you are and what you bring?

• 10 + years of overall business experience in business fields like operations, marketing, quality, training and compliance.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership /marketing role. It’s ok if you haven’t been a Head of Marketing, but you’ve been leading and directing the strategy.
• 5 + years of hard-core business operations. Supervised large teams.
• Experience with a start up to a scale up environment would be an awesome bonus
• Experience designing and implementing programs that drive awareness, pipeline and revenue
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced collaborative work environment and manage multiple projects at once
• Team player and achieve success in an agile environment
• Bold, gritty and curious character
