Rejoignez l'Association du Barreau canadien en tant que Directeur Général des Services Partagés. Ce poste à distance vous permettra de superviser l'administration et l'innovation technologique à l'échelle nationale. Relevant du chef de la direction, vous aurez pour mission de diriger l'équipe des Services Partagés, en mettant un accent particulier sur les adhésions et les technologies informatiques. Ce rôle crucial nécessite 7 ans d'expérience à un poste similaire dans une organisation décentralisée, ainsi qu'une approche stratégique pour optimiser les services offerts. Vous collaborerez avec plusieurs entités de l'ABC pour assurer une prestation efficace et cohérente des services partagés. Key Responsibilities:

Élaborer des stratégies pour la prestation des services partagés
Établir des relations solides avec les clients des Services partagés
Superviser des équipes dédiées aux TI et aux adhésions
Gérer le budget des Services Partagés
Identifier et signaler les risques potentiels

Requirements:

Baccalauréat requis
7 ans d'expérience en haute direction
Solides compétences en leadership et gestion des relations
Expérience en gestion financière et élaboration de budgets
Capacité à travailler dans les deux langues officielles
