You’ll support late-day project launches for clients in Eastern Time, enhancing client satisfaction through proactive communication and successful project management. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage survey engagements and monitor feasibility and response rates
• Provide recommendations on survey design and fieldwork strategies
• Serve as the client contact and manage vendor timelines and budgets
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure compliance with GDPR standards
• Track project margins and monitor vendor costs

Requirements:

• 4+ years of quantitative market research experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and client relationship management
• Hands-on experience with survey programming and data quality
