Remote Customer Success Specialist — AI for Farm Ops
AltaML Inc.
Brilliant Harvest is seeking a Customer Success Representative to bridge advanced AI software with practical farming operations. You will work with dealers and farmers to drive adoption, training, and ongoing support for our conversational AI platform.
You are tech-savvy, enjoy helping non-technical users, and can create clear tutorials and materials. This remote-first role partners with Marketing and Customer Experience to ensure retention and growth across key accounts.
