Sr. Software Project Manager (Scaled Agile /Device Development)

Senior Software Project Manager role at SCIEX (Danaher) managing complex software and systems development for analytical instrumentation. Reports to Senior Manager of Software Integration Project Management at Concord, Ontario location with on-site requirement.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform and application software planning using Scaled Agile practices across development teams
- Drive system-level integration across software, firmware, instruments, peripherals, and third-party components
- Collaborate with multiple organizational functions to resolve project needs and technical challenges
- Plan concurrent hardware and software development programs with coordinated validation and release readiness
- Produce status reports, visual management dashboards, and performance metrics for stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
- 7+ years software engineering or project management experience in engineering sector
- Proficiency with both Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary system integration projects with embedded hardware and firmware
- Ability to assess technical trade-offs involving scope, architecture, performance, and reliability
- Experience managing platforms supporting multiple products, configurations, or device variants
Compensation: $125,000-$135,000 base plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
