Engineering Manager - Remote Semiconductor Projects

- Direct teams through the Silicon IP project lifecycle
- Manage expectations and communications with stakeholders
- Report project statuses and propose development improvements
- Define and track project scopes and goals effectively
- Ensure adherence to quality and budgetary constraints
- Engineering degree and 8+ years in semiconductor roles
- Expertise in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, or ASIC environments
- Strong project management experience
- Comfort with Linux tools and methodology adaptation
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
