This position is crucial in our mission to promote client financial wellness through personalized service. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with requests using the Four Pillars framework
- Advise on registered and non-registered investment products
- Manage personal lending products and make credit recommendations
- Initiate calls to clients as per campaign directives
- Update Client Experience Management profiles for opportunities
- 1-2 years’ experience within a financial institution
- Knowledge of retail lending and related services
- Familiarity with core financial products
- Progress toward mutual funds certification
- Preferred candidates should have post-secondary education
