Senior Manager, Engineering in Red Deer

In your role as a Senior Manager, you will oversee a team of over 6 professionals dedicated to land development and municipal engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include managing complex projects from concept to construction and driving business development efforts that enhance WSP’s presence. Additionally, championing professional growth within your team will be a key focus, ensuring both individual and project success through effective leadership.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 15+ years’ experience
• Proven leadership capability with 8+ years in team management
• Expertise in land development and municipal engineering
• Strong familiarity with regional clients and markets
• Ability to work independently while building team collaboration
