Client Success Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Success Manager based in Canada. As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients throughout their partnership. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, onboarding, and support teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. The role combines relationship management, training, product adoption, and ongoing account support. You’ll help healthcare practices increase patient enrollment and effectively leverage digital remote-care solutions. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will support reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements in the client experience. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the modernization of healthcare within a fast-growing, collaborative technology environment. Travel to the United States may be required to support both new and existing clients. Accountabilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted and productive long-term relationships. - Lead client onboarding activities and provide ongoing support throughout the partnership. - Deliver training and education tailored to different audiences, ensuring clients understand and can effectively use available solutions. - Drive product adoption and patient enrollment by helping clients maximize the value of remote-care platforms. - Manage client accounts over the long term, proactively identifying needs and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with sales, patient onboarding, support, and other internal teams to provide a consistent and high-quality client experience. - Prepare and interpret reports and analyses to monitor client activity, performance, and opportunities. - Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate appropriate solutions with internal teams. - Travel to the United States as needed to support new and existing clients. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing position, preferably within healthcare technology or a related field. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts while prioritizing competing tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly and understandably. - Strong Excel skills and comfort working with reporting and data. - Strong technology skills and confidence using digital platforms and software applications. - Ability to adapt communication, presentations, and training approaches to different audiences. - Background or experience in insurance, claims review, or U. S. healthcare is an asset. - Ability and willingness to travel to the United States when required. - Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
