Senior Insurance Claims Litigation Counsel
Life After Law
Life After Law in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a litigation lawyer to join as Claims Counsel. You will manage a portfolio of claims, direct external counsel, and develop litigation strategy across monitoring, defense, motions, trials, and appeals.
The ideal candidate has a JD/LLB and licensed status in Canada, with at least four years of complex litigation experience, particularly in Real Estate, Contracts, and Insolvency. Collaboration with Ontario counsel is essential for high-profile matters.
