This permanent position on the Executive Leadership Team focuses on driving a member-centric approach within all functions of the organization. You’ll lead initiatives to enhance member satisfaction and operational efficiency. By leveraging feedback and insights, you will ensure consistent, exceptional experiences across all service channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of the Member Experience Strategy
• Drive initiatives enhancing member loyalty and satisfaction
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics
• Collaborate with teams to foster relationship strength
• Participate in strategic planning and organizational objectives
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 7-10 years in leadership within financial services
• Experience guiding sales and member service teams
• Strong strategic and performance management expertise
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
