About this position: As VP of Product Management for Later Influence, our agency and brand-facing enterprise influencer marketing product, you'll shape and drive the strategy that helps brands and creators collaborate at scale with predictable, measurable business results. Later Influence combines AI, first-party data across campaigns, creators, and content, and workflow automation to deliver full-funnel campaigns from discovery to conversion. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer and leading Product Manager(s) directly, you'll build a high-impact product organization, shaping the roadmap and user experience while optimizing for growth, stickiness, and commercial impact. This is a pivotal, high-visibility role in scaling Later's creator economy proposition, with responsibility for transforming Later Influence into an AI-native Programmatic Influencer platform, and regular exposure to senior leadership. What you'll be doing: Strategy - Own the vision and strategy for Later Influence, connecting brands, creators, and commerce through AI, our proprietary data, and rich creator commerce signals. - Become an expert in the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, driving improvements that streamline planning and strategy, campaign kickoff and setup, creator discovery and vetting, campaign workflow and content collaboration, payments management, and reporting and insights.
