Senior Legal Counsel & Board Secretary — Governance Lead

CIRO (Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization) seeks a Senior Legal Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary to uphold the governance framework, ensure board documentation accuracy, and advise on regulatory matters. The role reports to the General Counsel and supports board operations across CIRO's governance framework.
