La Vie En Rose
Lead a La Vie en Rose store through sales, customer service, and team development. This is a permanent, full-time management position.
Reporting to the regional sales manager, you will ensure smooth store operations and uphold corporate standards. The work combines recruiting, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, inventory management, and visual presentation. You will also analyze reports, manage expenses, and support head-office projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize store performance, profitability, sales, and customer service
- Train employees in sales techniques and product features
- Recruit, schedule, evaluate, and develop store employees
- Maintain visual displays, inventory processes, store cleanliness, and planograms
- Analyze reports, manage expenses, and communicate with regional management
Requirements:
