Project Manager - Building Envelope Restorations

As a Project Manager at Centra, you will lead multi-family building envelope restoration projects involving windows, doors, cladding, and other exterior building systems. From project planning through completion, you will work closely with Site Supervisors, trade partners, consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

What You'll Do

• Lead building envelope restoration projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, contracts, and change orders
• Coordinate Site Supervisors, Project Coordinators, trade partners, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, property managers, and project stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and project controls
• Travel to project sites throughout Vancouver Island and occasionally the Lower Mainland as required

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in building envelope restoration or a related construction industry
• Experience managing projects directly as a Project Manager, not solely as a Project Coordinator or Estimator
• Experience with windows, doors, cladding, exterior renovations, remediation, restoration, or similar construction projects is considered an asset
• Must be located in Victoria, or Vancouver Island
• Ability to travel as these projects will be both on the Island and in the Lower Mainland
• Strong computer skills and experience using project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
• Experience with CCDC contracts is considered an asset
• Construction-related education, trade certification, or equivalent industry experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach and a desire to continue learning and growing within the construction industry

Important things to note:

• Competitive salary of $90,000 - $100,000
• Annual EBITDA bonus opportunity of 5% - 15%
• Hybrid work environment with flexibility between home, office, and project sites
• Travel is required to sites on the Island and in the Lower Mainland
