Junior Business Analyst
MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our Energy, Oil and Gas client to find a first-class Junior Business Analyst to join their team in Mississauga . The primary responsibility of this role will be to support research, documentation, and case management activities across the business.
Compensation: $60K OTE - $55K Base + Bonus
Some of what you will do in this role includes:
MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our Energy, Oil and Gas client to find a first-class Junior Business Analyst to join their team in Mississauga . The primary responsibility of this role will be to support research, documentation, and case management activities across the business.
Compensation: $60K OTE - $55K Base + Bonus
Some of what you will do in this role includes:
- Document and analyze required information and data
- Organize, manage, and maintain case files to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Review contract/licensing renewals, agreements, and documents for accuracy
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure follow-through
- Document findings and recommendations for management
- Work with various departments to ensure delivery of required specifications
- Maintain strong relationships with the service team and business units
- Assist with ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to respond quickly to feedback
- Strategic and analytical thinking ability
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail with accuracy and speed
- Ability to deliver work within established deadlines
