Sales Force Effectiveness Manager Canada

Drive commercial performance at Fresenius Kabi Canada through sales analytics, customer segmentation, and actionable business recommendations. Strengthen field execution across healthcare markets.

As Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, you will report to the Head of Commercial Excellence. You will translate business strategy, market insights, and performance data into recommendations. The work spans territory design, incentive compensation, CRM effectiveness, and commercial planning. Cross-functional collaboration supports informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop sales force effectiveness initiatives improving commercial performance
Lead customer segmentation, targeting, and territory planning
Model incentive compensation and analyze plan performance
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and commercial performance reports
Enhance CRM processes, reporting, data quality, and adoption

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related business or analytical field
Minimum five years of relevant commercial effectiveness experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel and CRM platform experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
