Compensation: $100,000 to $140,000+ annually (Commission-Based)

What Your Day Will Look Like  

• Support Sales Performance - Work alongside the Sales Manager to help drive daily sales activity, keep the team focused on targets, and identify opportunities to improve performance.

• Assist With Deals & Closing - Support sales professionals with deal structuring, negotiations, objection handling, and closing to help maximize both customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Coach & Support the Sales Team - Provide day-to-day guidance, feedback, and hands-on support to help sales professionals strengthen their skills, stay accountable, and achieve their goals.

• Support CRM & Lead Management - Help ensure leads are being worked effectively, follow-up is completed, appointments are booked, and sales opportunities continue moving through the pipeline.

• Champion the Guest Experience - Support the Sales Manager in maintaining a high standard of customer service, stepping in when needed to resolve concerns and help create a positive buying experience.

• Assist With Daily Sales Operations - Support the day-to-day operation of the sales department, including inventory, reporting, merchandising, performance tracking, and dealership processes.

• Be a Leader on the Floor - Stay visible, approachable, and engaged with both the team and customers. Step in where needed, help keep the floor moving, and lead by example during busy periods.

What You Bring

• Proven automotive sales experience with a strong track record of performance

• Previous Assistant Sales Manager, Floor Manager, Team Lead, or automotive leadership experience is an asset

• Strong closing, negotiation, and deal-structuring skills

• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable

• Strong understanding of CRM management, lead follow-up, and sales processes

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment

• Proficiency with dealership CRM/DMS systems and Microsoft Office

• Valid VSA Licence or ability to obtain one

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to continue growing into senior automotive leadership
