Randstad is now looking for a temporary Receptionist/Administrative position for our client in the insurance industry in Langford!

Are you a self-motivated, excellent communicator and organized individual? This role is a combination of customer services and general Admin work.

Job Type: Temporary Position
Duration: 3 weeks starting Monday October 28th
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1 hour unpaid break)
Wage: $25/Hour

Responsibilities
• Answer calls for all of Western Canada
• Look up policies in the system and direct calls as necessary
• Manage walk-ins
• Handle incoming mail daily, including opening, scanning, and sending
• Send out courier mail twice a week

Qualifications
• Criminal record check and Credit check is mandatory
• 2+ years of experience in a Receptionist, Administrative, or Clerical Assistant role
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Outlook
• Excellent typing skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline- and detail-oriented
• High School Graduate
