About the Role

Sohi Realty is looking for a motivated, organized and creative assistant to support a growing real estate business in Edmonton.

This is not a traditional desk job. We're looking for someone who enjoys being out in the field, creating social media content, meeting people, handling different tasks and helping a busy REALTOR® stay organized and productive. you Will be working from the office in south edmonton and also will be required to do some travelling( extra fule expenses will be paid)

You'll work directly with the agent on residential properties, investment opportunities, infill developments and real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Video & Content Creation: Accompany the agent to properties, film home tours, infill development sites, older homes, investment opportunities and educational real estate videos.
• Social Media Marketing: Create Facebook advertisements, prepare social media posts, coordinate video editing and help manage marketing campaigns.
• Open House Support: Install and remove open house signs, prepare properties, organize marketing materials and assist with event logistics.
• Fieldwork & Errands: Pick up and drop off documents, signs, supplies and other items, including occasional grocery or supply runs.
• Prospecting Support: Assist with door-knocking campaigns, flyer distribution and neighbourhood marketing within permitted duties.
• Rental Support: Coordinate rental appointments and logistics. Conduct rental showings only when appropriately licensed and authorized.
• Accountability & Organization: Help maintain the agent's daily schedule, track business goals, provide reminders and ensure important tasks are completed.
• Research: Assist with gathering information on properties, development sites, builders and local real estate opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

• Has a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Is comfortable filming videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Understands Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and basic social media marketing.
• Is organized, dependable, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is comfortable with driving, property visits and varied daily assignments.
• Is willing to learn about real estate, investments and property development.
• Has experience with Canva, CapCut or Meta Ads Manager (an asset.not required).
• Speaks Punjabi (an asset, not required).
• Holds an Alberta real estate or property management licence (preferred, not required).

Additional performance-based compensation may be available for approved activities, subject to applicable licensing and employment requirements.
