Experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer Needed

Life After Law

Elevate your legal career as a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with a mid-size firm located in downtown Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of litigation matters with a focus on client satisfaction.
As part of the team, you will manage diverse litigation matters including real estate, receivership, and professional claims. You will provide valuable legal advice to various clients, conduct legal research, and prepare essential documentation. Your attendance at commercial court matters will be crucial to the firm’s representation and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a variety of commercial litigation cases
• Provide advice to a diverse clientele on their legal issues
• Execute legal research and file analysis
• Prepare legal documents and memoranda
• Participate in commercial court proceedings
Requirements:
• J.D. and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• 3-6 years Commercial Litigation experience preferred
• Familiarity with insolvency law is beneficial
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
