What You'll Do

Create exceptional experiences: Welcome customers, understand their needs, and deliver a personalized, premium buying experience from the first interaction to vehicle delivery and beyond.

Build lasting relationships: Develop trust with clients, nurture long-term relationships, and create opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

Showcase the Volvo brand: Present Volvo’s innovative technology, advanced safety features, Scandinavian design, and exceptional craftsmanship with confidence and enthusiasm.

Guide the buying journey: Lead customers through vehicle selection, test drives, product demonstrations, and the sales process with professionalism and attention to detail.

Achieve sales goals: Proactively pursue opportunities, follow up with prospective clients, and work toward individual and dealership sales objectives.

Deliver a premium experience: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, communication, and customer care that reflect Volvo Cars Royal Oak’s reputation for excellence.

Work as a team: Collaborate with colleagues across the dealership to ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience.
