Turn fashion, art, and design curiosity into memorable luxury service as a Client Advisor focused on client needs, loyalty, and sales.
Working across Prada Group brands including PRADA, Miu Miu, and Versace, you convey brand philosophy to final clients. Build lasting relationships through CRM, product expertise, and personalized recommendations. Contribute to individual and team sales while supporting an exceptional store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover client needs and provide personalized guidance
- Demonstrate brand and managed category knowledge
- Engage proactively in cross-selling across departments
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors
- Support security and prevent product theft
Requirements:
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
- Interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Ambition, resilience, and self-motivation
- Results-driven and problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Use fashion insight, product expertise, and relationship skills to create personalized experiences across Prada Group’s luxury brands.
