Lead Alberta's medical practice growth with Rocket Doctor, the innovative digital health platform. This pivotal role requires a passion for healthcare and collaboration to optimize physician support across the province. As the Provincial Medical Lead in Alberta, you will steer the development and execution of healthcare practices on the Rocket Doctor platform. Collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians focusing on recruitment, retention, and problem resolution for practices and patient safety. Your leadership will enhance Rocket Doctor’s brand and products while ensuring efficient operations in Alberta. Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and retention of Alberta physicians
- Address patient and physician safety concerns promptly
- Align products with physician goals and needs
- Liaise with provincial health authorities for best practices
- Maintain communication with practicing physicians regularly
- Licensed to practice medicine in Alberta
- Familiarity with Alberta's medical landscape
- Native fluency in English; French is an advantage
- Experience in medical administration preferred
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
