Lead executive recruiting and AI-powered hiring at Knak as a Talent Acquisition Manager, building scalable practices for a growing technology company.This hands-on leadership role owns Knak’s recruiting function and partners with senior leadership. You’ll lead Director, VP, and executive searches while coaching recruiters and hiring managers. The work combines talent strategy, recruiting operations, structured interviewing, and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Own recruiting strategy aligned with workforce plansLead complex Director, VP, and executive searchesCoach and develop the recruiting teamOptimize recruiting systems, processes, and reportingImplement AI-powered tools and automated workflowsRequirements:
10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experienceSenior leadership and executive recruiting experienceExperience leading recruiting teams in technology or B2B SaaSStrong executive presence and business judgmentExpertise in recruiting analytics and structured interviewingShape Knak’s recruiting function through executive search, team development, AI innovation, and scalable hiring operations.
