Operations Operator

YOUR ROLE Invoice the customs declarations and ensure the proper venting of costs. Update client profiles. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Invoice customs declarations and forward according to instructions. Comply with procedures established by CEVA, within established deadlines, including ISO norms. Obtain checks for freight and other. Follow up on confirmed declarations with CBSA (Canada Border Services agency). Provide excellent customer service. Communicate, without delay, pertinent information or issues to the immediate supervisor. Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
