Commercial Construction Estimator /Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be great at sales and customer friendly with a great personality. Have experience in preparing cost estimates for labour and materials, responding to RFPs and tenders, and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

subcontractors, suppliers and field trades. - Liaise and communicate with engineers, architects, and owners,
contractors, and subcontractors, as well as make changes and
Adjustments to cost estimates. - Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work
requirements.
- Have strong Computer and Technology Knowledge
as it relates to
MS Excel
MS Word
Xactimate
Auto CAD
OST software and project management tools. Experience in project size estimating from $0 - $4,000,000.00. Area of Specialization
- Coordinate/Manage Projects
- Scheduling
- Do site visits and measure various different-sized projects, both
residential and commercial. - Wage is $30.00 to 40.00, based on experience. . Transportation/ Travel Information - The company will provide a vehicle - A valid driver's license is required . Work Conditions - Fast-paced environment - Tight deadlines - Work under pressure - Attention to detail - Reside in Canada . Benefits -Dental and health plan after 3 months of employment.
