Healthcare Recruitment Specialist (Remote Canada)? We are looking for a seasoned Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a lucrative commission-driven compensation structure. Ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds lasting relationships, and enjoys being rewarded for results. What Youll Do - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and follow-up.
- Partner with healthcare organizations across Canada to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health workers, and support staff.
- Use creative sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.) to attract top talent.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate/client expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment standards.
What Were Looking For - Proven recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment strongly preferred).
- A strong network in healthcare talent pools across Canada is a major asset.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
