• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and follow-up.
• Partner with healthcare organizations across Canada to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health workers, and support staff.
• Use creative sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.) to attract top talent.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate/client expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment strongly preferred).
• A strong network in healthcare talent pools across Canada is a major asset.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
