Events Coordinator (Part-Time)

Il Corvo is looking for a part-time Events Coordinator to manage our private dining and event bookings from first inquiry through to event day. This role is the main point of contact for guests planning a celebration with us, and works closely with our kitchen and front of house teams to make sure every event runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Respond to private event inquiries and act as the main liaison with potential guests
• Guide guests through our private dining options, menus, and pricing
• Confirm and book private events, including date, headcount, room, and menu selections
• Coordinate event details with the kitchen and FOH team ahead of each event, including dietary restrictions, timing, and any special requests
• Be on-site for event setup and the start of service to ensure everything is in place and the event kicks off smoothly
• Maintain organized records of bookings, communications, and event details

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams (kitchen, FOH, guests)
• Experience in hospitality, event planning, or a related field is an asset
• Ability to work some evenings/weekends depending on event schedules
• A warm, hospitality-first mindset — this role is often a guest's first impression of Il Corvo
