Structural Engineer for Data Centers at SLB

Become a vital part of SLB New Energy & Industrial as a Structural Engineer, supporting innovative data center solutions. Drive engineering excellence and ensure compliance with industry standards through your expertise. This role involves overseeing mechanical and piping systems in large-scale data centers. As a Structural Engineer, your responsibilities include checking designs, managing communications, and delivering reliable and efficient structural solutions. Your work will have significant impacts during design, construction, and commissioning phases, aligning with SLB's vision for energy innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Check and approve structural drawings for manufacturing
- Monitor engineering work, ensuring client specifications are met
- Attend design planning sessions to meet customer needs
- Prepare technical requisitions for mechanical systems
- Provide feedback on vendor quotations to the procurement team
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering
- P.Eng license required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
