Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Mandarin)

Nous recherchons un(e) représentant(e) du développement des ventes bilingue (mandarin) motivé(e) et axé(e) sur les résultats pour rejoindre un environnement technologique en eCommerce en forte croissance. Cette opportunité entièrement en télétravail est idéale pour les personnes ayant de l’expérience en vente sortante, vente au détail ou service à la clientèle , et souhaitant développer leur carrière en ventes.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la génération de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires en interagissant avec des commerçants potentiels, en qualifiant les prospects et en planifiant des rendez-vous pour l’équipe des ventes.

Responsabilités principales

  • Effectuer 40 à 50 appels sortants par jour auprès de clients potentiels
  • Identifier et interagir avec les décideurs au sein des organisations
  • Qualifier les prospects et fixer des rendez-vous ou transférer les appels aux représentants des ventes
  • Collaborer étroitement avec 3 représentants des ventes assignés à partir de listes de prospects fournies
  • Rechercher et identifier des commerçants canadiens potentiels à l’aide d’outils internes
  • Atteindre ou dépasser régulièrement les objectifs d’activité et de performance
  • Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de l’équipe, soit 30 rendez-vous par mois , favorisant l’acquisition de nouveaux commerçants

Qualifications requises

  • Maîtrise bilingue du mandarin à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • Expérience en vente, vente au détail, centre d’appels ou service à la clientèle par téléphone
  • Expérience démontrée à atteindre ou dépasser des objectifs de performance
  • À l’aise dans un environnement d’appels sortants à volume élevé
  • Maîtrise de la suite Google (Docs, Sheets, etc.) ou outils similaires

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Expérience avec Salesforce ou autres systèmes CRM
  • Formation ou certification en vente
  • Expérience dans les secteurs télécommunications, SaaS ou vente porte-à-porte

Rémunération et avantages

  • Salaire de base : 25 $/heure
  • Structure de commission :
    • 39 $ par rendez-vous réservé et complété
    • 78 $ par vente conclue (nouveau commerçant)
  • En cas de conversion permanente :
    • 50 $ par rendez-vous / 100 $ par vente conclue

About the Role

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Formal sales training or certification
  • Experience in Telecommunications, SaaS, or Door-to-Door Sales

Compensation & Incentives

  • $25/hour base pay
  • Commission structure:
    • $39 per meeting booked and completed
    • $78 per closed deal (new merchant signup)
  • Upon permanent conversion:
    • $50 per meeting / $100 per closed deal
