Elevate client relationships as a Client Partner with Blacksmith Agency. This remote role focuses on retention and upselling for an established book of agency clients. As a full-time Client Partner, you will manage ongoing relationships with existing clients across the USA and Canada. Your responsibilities include ensuring retention, uncovering upselling opportunities, and achieving a seven-figure annual quota. You will collaborate with strategists and the delivery team to provide clients with a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client retention and relationship status

- Collaborate with delivery teams for client satisfaction
- Maintain clear communication with senior client stakeholders
- Previous agency account management experience required
- Proven track record in client retention and upselling
- Ability to manage and meet sales quotas
- Strong communication skills with client executives
- Digital marketing knowledge preferred
