We have partnered with a manufacturing facility seeking a dedicated and motivated Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be an essential part of the HR department, supporting the recruitment process for various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition, aligning successfully with the company's goals and values.
Pay Range:$28/hour
Shift:Days - on site
What's the Job?
- Screen candidates to assess their skills and suitability for open positions
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential hires
- Manage new hire documentation and onboarding processes
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting top talent
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information
What's Needed?
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with screening candidates and conducting interviews
- Attention to detail in managing documentation and records
- Motivation to support a diverse and inclusive workforce
