Christian Global HR Director
Remote | Global | Human Resources / Leadership

Acumen Agency is a growing global for-profit professional services company providing consulting, marketing, business, technology, AI, financial, outsourcing, and other professional services.

Founded on Christian values and principles, we are seeking a Christian Global HR Director to lead the development of our human resources function as the company grows internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee Acumen Agency's global HR strategy
Recruit, onboard, and help develop employees and contractors worldwide
Build effective recruitment systems, processes, and HR policies
Help develop organizational structure, roles, and performance standards
Support employee relations, retention, training, and professional development
Work with company leadership on staffing and workforce planning
Help build a strong Christian, professional, and performance-oriented company culture
Coordinate HR activities across different countries and regions

Qualifications

Must be a committed Christian who shares Acumen Agency's values
Experience in human resources, recruitment, talent management, or organizational leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Comfortable working with international and remote teams
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-growing startup environment

Compensation & Opportunity

This is a performance-based leadership opportunity . Compensation will be based on responsibilities, experience, performance, and the growth of the company's HR function, with opportunities for increased compensation and advancement as Acumen Agency expands.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and lead the company's global HR function and potentially progress into an executive-level human resources position as the organization grows.
